3 Ways Community Colleges Must Adapt to Workforce Changes

Community colleges are at the forefront of a new development for workforce education programs. In order to keep up with the trends, James Jacobs the president of Macomb Community College, says there are three key points community colleges must follow:

1) Create stronger transfer pathways

2) Ensure workforce education is keeping up with changes in technology and industry

3) Extend the workforce training imperative throughout the institution
