Getting students comfortable with using technology is important when it comes to the Personalized Learning movement. This step forward needs to start with the stakeholders of the districts. School administrators can help create a safe place that gives each student a voice. Once it starts with their push, the rest will adapt accordingly.

Technology is present in a various amount of ways throughout the world and daily life. Giving student the chance to immerse themselves in it at their speed is crucial for their development. Creating a curriculum that utilizes all avenues. This also involves a district IT and tech staff who must understand the goals and how to implement it into the curriculum.

With all of these players in union and working together, it will allow students to increase their engagement.
